My I.M. stopped working in the middle of chatting.I can type a message but when I hit send, it disappears and the person I was chatting with does not recieve it. They can not I.M. me either. I know nothing about computers so I need someone with alot of PATIENCE, to walk me thru how to fix it PLEASE......
